You know to who I’m referring, right? The star dreamers, that buys courses and books from witch they read 10 pages then place them somewhere on a shelf where the dust settles on them.
You know.. those people that go to seminars after seminars, are fired up for few days, and they mostly talk about the things they learn than putting them in practice to good use. If you are that kind of person THEN I desire to tell you from the beginning that this information is NOT for you.
Also, if you are an opportunity chaser who jumps from a shiny opportunity to another and you’re not willing to plant a seed and stay with it, nourish it and take good care of it so that the harvest comes big, awesome, powerful it will have the power to nourish you back for the rest of your life THEN what I have here is not for you.
I used to be that kind of a person for a period in my life… I had a great suffering inside of me that I couldn’t understand it at that moment, I used to feel that I’m not enough, I was unhappy, I was feeling humiliated, I was scared of loosing even the thing that I didn’t have, I was used to make up excuses that I don’t have the time, the belief, that I can’t do it, that I had tried something before and didn’t worked out, that the good things are happening only in other places, other countries, for other people, I was broke, and when I wanted to buy something I was saying to myself that it costs to much in staid of admitting the reality that I couldn’t permit to buy that something, while other not only that could permit to buy it but they owned the stores that I couldn’t afford to buy from..
I was feeling left aside and unimportant, I was sad, unfulfilled, ashamed, disappointed, frustrated, worried. I was blaming everyone else for my suffering and off course that nothing changed for me living that way. I also had some challenges with alcohol although I was very young, fact that created liver and pancreas challenges that put my health in serious danger for all my life. It was hard for me to admit this thing and I haven’t shared it with no one until now. It is the first time that I make this confession and I am here to tell you that if I were not to make that transformation in my life then I don’t know where I would be in my life, but certainly not here sharing this message with you.
So if you are one of that kind of person then what I have here is NOT for you. It is NOT for you at least NOT now. It is NOT for you until you create an attitude shift. So do not read any further if you are one of that kind of people.
But if you are one of the others, the kind of person that takes responsibility for their life and it’s sincere in the desire to grow, to reach financial success and fulfillment then I have the conviction that what I have here will definitely transform your life for the better and it will transform you in a legend for you family, kids, nephews and grandnephews.

All the society in witch you live conditioned yourself one way or the other into what you are today. And something is telling me that if you are reading this message right now you are not exactly in the place you wished to be.
And that’s ok, because this thing it’s about to change.
I understand what you feel because I was personally there myself and that is what I felt also, but in order to move forward and become the person that I knew in my heart that I was, I had to transform and this is also what you will do.
The nice part was that I didn’t had to go trough all of this transformation all the way by myself and also you don’t have to go trough this alone.

Here’s what happened to me…
I had the blessing to be born in a family of great, remarkable parents, honest, hard working, ambitious, each one good in what they do, but for some reason they couldn’t understand each other and they broke up. And in the year 2000
..BAM!
Almost like a strike of lightning (at least this is the way I feel right now when I look back) I remained with my sister, with my mom, no apartment, with bankrupt business, and with substantial debt then that would scare 90% of the world population if they would have it right now.
So we find ourselves in the streets, and we had to restart way, way below zero.
Briefly…
I tasted from the part of the life’s coin that I didn’t necessarily wanted to taste.
But this is what created my subconscious motivation at that moment to do something with my life, lo live on the other side of the coin, to do something.. something significant, something big, to live in abundance, happiness, peace, respect and fulfillment.
I didn’t knew exactly back then what, but I was certain that is going to be something. It was huge, way huge than me, I was scared and enthused in the same time. (This is also the first secret that I would understand later: YOU have to have a dream that is so large that only the thought that it could become real scares you and enthuses you in the same time.)
I had ups and downs.. more downs at that time… actually this is exactly what happens in the life of most people, but one thing was different. I don’t know where I received this gift.. maybe it was from the amount of pain that I endured at that moment, maybe from the fact that I was a professional athlete for almost 10 years (basket and football)… I don’t know where, but I received from life the perseverance.
This is the second secret that I got to understand it later. (And why do I call them secrets? Because although the majority of people knows this stuff they are blinded by the evident and by their simplicity and remains for them unexplored fields in the true sense of the word and they do not put them into action. They settle with the illusion of “knowing this stuff” and let it go by as that. You’ll have the pleasure after you finish reading this letter to ask people around you if they know this secrets. And many of them will say yes. And your next question will be… “And if you know all this secrets why aren’t you enjoying financial freedom, success and the fulfillment by now, if you already knew them? Why have you given up on your dreams?”)

I had trials after trials, after trials and I kept on continuing moving forward because I somehow subconsciously knew that my reward it’s just around the corner.
Finally together with my family we manage to have a hairstyle saloon with rent in Pitesti, Turdor Vladimirescu in Romania, if you somehow know the place.
That was to be the place where my life changed forever. The saloon worked reasonably, meaning it put food on the table even though at the end of the month when we drew the line we were barely making even, and basically most of the time we where under the profitability line.
However... I was feeling that I’m not making progress and then my mom, for the second time in her life started to build a Network Marketing Business. I don’t know your experience with the network marketing industry, I don’t know if you know this industry or what you know about it.. no matter what you know, now you’ll have the chance to learn the significance of it from the real professionals.
She started to earn back then about 2.000$ extra beside the saloon and that was excellent!
I didn’t knew what was going on, and how it’s going on, but I knew that something is going on.
We desired to buy the saloon because we didn’t own it and we wanted the “security”, but then we couldn’t afford it.
At that moment in our family life appeared another Constantin Tita. I say another because my father’s name is the same. Trough him we end up at a major national seminar of another Network Marketing company that soled cars and real estates in installments with ought interest all over Europe, Romania included.
And then was for the first time when a really got it, when I really understood what is this Network Marketing industry all about.
I can actually see myself … it was … 6.june.2004, I was seating in my chair in the hotel Parang from Olanesti - conference hall when for the first time in my life I felt and I understood that I was going to be FREE.
FREE to do what I want, when I want, where I want, with who I want, how many times I want, that I will have the time quality, the $$$, and that I will not have to work for someone else besides me all of my life.
I understood what leverage meant and how do the rich get richer while the poor get poorer.
Briefly …
I started to collaborate with that company but it seemed that something didn’t worked … I wasn’t moving along as I expected.
It was something that the guys who were training me didn’t tell me?
Or.. maybe they didn’t knew?
Finally it was getting frustrating.
But I cached the bug!
I knew that it is possible because I had seen people who reached financial success and fulfillment trough this freedom business of Network Marketing.
I’ve met a guy who bye the age of 23 he earned 3 mil $.. he traveled all over the world, had his dream car, he enjoyed surfing all the time that he wanted, etc.
... and I was asking myself how?
How is it possible that he earns this kind of money?
It’s not handsomer than me, he didn’t seem to be brighter than me…
HOW?
How is it possible that he earns this kind of money and I struggle?
Later I realized why this is possible.
This is possible because the person who brought him into the business already earned over 25 $million and he knew how to do this successfully.
He had a mentor! A business success coach! Someone who already had been trough what he wanted to achieve, someone who showed him the way and someone who was next to him trough this process. (the 4th secret that I learned).
Only later I got to realize the tremendous value after I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Trough this first company, pulled by the passion and the inside hunger to do something with my life I arrived to my first Master Trainers, they where from USA and they were conducting a program sustained by the United Nations and our Government in order to develop the Small And Medium Size Businesses in Romania, program that runs to this day called Empretec.
I absolutely recommend their program! If you can somehow get trough this intensive training get trough it! You can ask you local Chamber of Commerce to see if there is one in your area.
I followed their program!
Those 10 days where the most intensive 10 days of my life. They squeezed me physically and mentally on all places, but it had been worth it every second of it.
I was further recommended to become trainer for their organization witch had happened, but only for a short period, because their end result did not matched with the result I wanted for the world. The Government was and it is interested in creating more and more employees and that is totally against my vision.
I have the conviction that dream jobs do NOT exist out there and I couldn’t be apart of something that produces more employees. But the training is absolutely worth it!
The most important thing that I got out of there beside entrepreneurial competencies was the fact that I had a clear dream for the next 20 years! For the first time, one that was specific, and written clear on the paper! (the 5th secret)
And this is what pulled me into success!
And trough Empretec Master Trainers I got to meet my first strategic business coach, witch really truly created a huge radical positive impact in my life. His name is John Di Lemme and he has a wonderful, remarkable story!
Until 24 years of age he was clinically diagnosed as a stuttered! He couldn’t say his name! No matter what you have been trough, no matter if you had made mistakes, and you suffered, and that someone else made you suffer and tolled you that you do not deserve it or that you are not enough let go… let go emotionally, breathe and let go… forgive yourself that you made yourself suffer and forgive anyone that sustained this suffering because there is a reverse 10 time bigger reward even though you don’t see it right now.

For the first time in my life I got to make peace with my pain.
I remember how I walk with my mom next to me on London’s full streets and how we both started to cry.
But there weren’t tears of sadness there were tears of relief. Tears of healing!
And then I’ve made to myself again the promise that no matter what I continue until! Until the coin changes!
John lead me forward… he encouraged me to grab a piece of paper and to write this magic words down and this is also what I recommend you to do at this moment because it will positively transform your life!
He put me to write this…

And then he asked me:

I understood that and I searched deeply into my heart and find My Real Why In Life!
I discovered what I would do for the rest of my life and that is from my position of world transforming catalyst I will continually build the intelligence that creates the fastest, most durable, significant and richly fulfilling leaps in financial and personal development and in the quality of peoples life all over the world!
That had become my reality and I started working!
NOW I had a vision!

And that, because my life’s philosophy changed and the philosophy of the others around me remained the same and I looked very odd to them!
They did not understood what was going on!
They were trying to bring me back to “normal” meaning exactly tot the operational system that leads you to be dead or dead broke by the age of 65 barely surviving if you survive from pay check to pay check and if you managed to get to your retirement to be put in the situation of surviving with an income the 3rd part of the income that you barely manage to get by now and living in a latent, quiet desperation looking back at what it would have been, what you would have done, have and be… only if… only if you dared.
I had powerful challenges with my mom to whom it was harder to keep up with my rapid transformation progress, I had confrontations with my friend that thought that I was crazy etc.!
“Who do you think you are?!! Why YOU?! YOU don’t know where you come from?!!! Dreams man, dreams!!! This happens only in the movies and fairy tales! You live here in this reality! Blah..blah.. blahh.. blahhh!”
And because I didn’t had the experience at that moment I fought back contra arguing and sustaining that state. I was letting myself seduced by competition instead of collaboration.
Then I realized the 10th Secret: Only trough cooperation in the spirit of harmony you can attain financial success and fulfillment!
The majority of people live in fear and low self esteem!
And if you rise up from the same condition as they, then their self esteem drops even more and they will feel inferior comparing themselves with you, and this brings them a lot more pain!
In this case the fear of trying to making a difference and fail it is bigger than the pleasure associated with the feeling of success in the desired outcome!
Most of your friends and your family want to keep you where you are so that they can protect you from the pain of failure and to avoid their pain of humiliation of facing the reality that you succeeded and they haven’t succeeded even though you lived in the same environment.
And what do you believe that is easier for them to do? To admit and say: “Yes man! I am shitting my pants - this is how scared I am but I will do this, because if I don’t do it now then when? If I give up the fight now then all of my life I will regret it and I will feel like a looser!” or to try to bring you back and discourage you so they will never have to face that fear?
Which one do you believe that they will take?
Witch one do you believe is easier?
YES! Exactly! And that is why many falls trough the cracks and billions of dreams are pulverized daily all over the world before they would have the slightest chance to manifest into reality.
And when you actually realize that failure does NOT exist, and that there are ONLY results and lessons related to those results, then this fear vanishes and you take control of your life.(the 11th Secret)
If I only had then the mind that I have today I could communicate deeply with my friends and I would say something like this:
“Hey guys! I have a question for you: What are you doing today is the thing that you’ve always dreamed of doing or is just something to have an income and survive? Because I believe you deserve better and that together we should do something to fulfill our dreams! Do you care about me? If yes.. then this is my dream! Will you help me make it come trough? Are you with me? No matter what your decision is I want you to know that I’ll be here next to you and I will support you in whatever your dreams are! I know you are scared! I am to! But lets make this together! Lets build something remarkable together! Because if we do not succeed together the taste of success doesn’t taste as good! What do you say? Are you with me?”
Collaboration not competition! The collaboration in the spirit of harmony creates Miracles!
Then I asked John:
“John what does a company has to have in order to create success?”
And he answered:
“It has to have a innovative consumable product that the market wants, the more consumable the better, it has to have a compensation plan that rewards you only for having the best behaviors, it has to have high financial power, a highly structured and refined marketing and support system, a management team that knows what they are doing because even if they have all of that money, products etc if the management is bad they will bring the company to the ground sooner or later - if they have more money probably later, but they are still going to trash the business if they don’t know what they are doing. And then you need a team of people that you feel wonderful working together that also knows what they are doing, the people represents the most important part!”

WOW! 20 people from those 20.000 people that works for Microsoft? This aspect is this powerful in succeeding financially? Hmmm..
And then my light bulb comes up!
People!!! The team that you associate with it is the most important part! (over delivering right now - this is the 12th unannounced Secret specially you.)
If you are sincere with you and you write down the top ten close friends and you do the average of their income you’ll see that is very close to the income that you produce. And this is the same in every aspect of your life(love, happiness, fun, adventure, health etc).
People influence is subtle but powerful and maybe you don’t let someone drive you directly out of your course but you may let some one push you slightly into one direction only to figure out 5 years from now that you radically changed the direction where you head it in the first place.
This path my be positive ore negative in rapport with the people you surround yourself with.
One thing is clear, if somehow every one of your group, has the same problem, the truth is that you feel miserable together with that specific issue but at least you guys can connect and don’t feel alone.
If you want to have the results that you desire you have to slowly slowly or faster, depending on your situation .. you have to associate with other success minded people.
The friends that desire to cross arms with you in order to assist each others to succeed… those are the real friends the ones that you can count on and the others are just victims co-dependent of their suffering who look for someone to complain about how difficult life is and feel somewhat special with that.
Is not that they don’t have the courage to create transformations in their life is just this big problem that stand on their life that of witch they can’t let go… as if there is a living being who doesn’t have problems.
The only ones that seems not to have problems are the ones in the cemetery (or maybe they have other kind of problems that no one knows at least at this moment.)
Problems are sign of life!
It is how you face those problems and the idea is to have other problems, better ones, like where do I travel this month or how can I connect better with the ones I love and so on..
This is the kind of problems is the kind of problems that you desire to have.
And the people you associate with have to be the ones that believes in you, that gives you strength and the ones that you choose to give strength to, NOT the ones that are bringing you down and victimize themselves.
